Did you know that there are other things on our website besides our weekly updated blogs? We’ve added a few new things. Here’s some things that may help you complete your work more efficiently.

UHS Machines For High Speed Drain Cleaning

Starting with our line of cleaning equipment that we’ve designated our UHS line. This equipment cleans clay, cast iron and any other pipe faster than any other drain cleaning tool on the market. It spins various tools such as chain knockers, sanders, wire brushes, and cutters at a high speed to allow the operator the ability to not only blast through roots very quickly, but to add a camera to the job to see what you are cleaning in real time. We offer a 6mm (1/4″) unit that is great for kitchen sinks and urinals without removing the urinal. We offer an 8mm unit (5/16″) unit that drives our coating machine, as well as a 10mm (3/8″) unit for longer (125′) runs, and a 12mm (1/2)” also 125′ unit for larger pipes.

Quik Coating Machine

Next we’ve developed a coating process to rehabilitate drain, waste and vent pipe as well as conduits. The process applies layers of a modified poly urea that was designed for this process and is applied with a brush system that is re-usable, two re-usable hoses, and a camera system to watch the process as it is applied. The resin is applied in “coats”, sets in 10 to 30 seconds, drys to the touch for the next layer in 5 minutes and buildable to any design thickness. The system allows the operator to complete all the DWV piping in a typical 2 bath, 1 kitchen unit in a day or less. The unit comes complete ready to go out and rehabilitate 1 1/2″ through 6″ piping.

Our next offering is our SLIC ™ lubricant for making our inversion equipment easier by making the surface of lining material slippery. Additionally the material does not stain like cooking oil nor dry out like soap. It comes in 1 gallon containers and can be mixed with water up to 3 parts to 1 part SLIC.

Finally, our website is showing our custom offerings of setting up trailers or trucks to hold all the equipment needed to line or coat pipe. We can set up your equipment as you would like to use it and not a cookie cutter model that is dictated to you.

Finally, don’t forget to sign up for our blog that is published a couple of times per week to help you get more information about the CIPP lateral lining and DWV coating industry. Call us today if you have any questions at 888-354-6464.
