Quik-Coating System

The Quik-Coating System is designed to rehabilitate drain, waste, and vent piping 1.5” thru 14”*.

• 50 ft each of red and blue hoses.
• Remote control flow meter.
• 2 sets of quick connections for resin with clear hoses.
• 4 – 3/8” brass compression fitting to ¼” barb fitting.
• 6 plugs (3 red – 3 blue)

Quik-Coating FAQ

Resin Kit

This system uses a 2-part resin system that is specially designed for this application. 

• The system requires an A and B.

Brushes

• The system requires brushes for coating.
• Brushes are available in sizes 1.5”‐16”

Brush Cleaner & Acetone

• The system requires a pail of brush cleaner and a pail of acetone.

Maintenance Kit For Quik Coating System

• The kit allows the operator to disconnect the A & B quick connectors, connect the flush material, disconnect the red and blue hoses, and pump the cleaner through the unit from the cleaning containers into another empty container.
