Quik-Pox™ Resin Base

Quik-Pox is a 100% solid epoxy that contains no solvents. Highly resistant to crystallization in cold environments. With a viscosity of over 1450 cps, the resin will not run off the liner tube. A blue tint has been added to the resin to make it easier to verify the total impregnation of a liner tube. Odor-free & D.O.T. non-regulated.

Quik-Pox™ Resin and hardener systems have been developed for the lateral lining business by a custom formulator that has been assisting clients with epoxy systems for over 15 years. Careful consideration has been taken to ensure that the final product meets and exceeds all the ASTM requirements for the CIPP (Cured in Place Pipe) market.

The lateral lining business has special needs. The need for an ambient cure resin that works in all climates and for a variety of different types of jobs. The possibility of heat curing a job is also necessary for some jobs. The Quik-Pox™ Resin was designed to meet all these needs.
